KODAK BOX LEAGUE RULES

FORMAT:

RULES:

  1. One point will be awarded for each game won, and for each match won. Two points will be awarded for playing all matches.
  2. In the case of a tie, the winner is the winner of the head-to-head match. In a three way tie, the winner is the player who allows the fewest points to the other players.
  3. Matches will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time by both players.
  4. Matches may be played at any time during the month but must be completed and reported by the last day of the month.
  5. No Shows: If a player fails to show for a box match that has been mutually scheduled, the match will be treated as if the player who was present won by a score of 3-0. The box coordinator will verify the 'no show' by speaking with both players involved.
  6. Withdrawal due to injury: In the event a player must withdraw from the box due to injury, all opponents of the withdrawn player will receive a match score equal to the number of games actually won. (Unplayed opponents will receive a score of 0. Points earned in previously played matches will remain unchanged.) All opponents of the withdrawn player will remain eligible to earn bonus points for completing all matches.
